Tumbling Spools Mini Quilt

This super cute mini quilt finishes up at about 22x32 inches and will cheer up your crafty space! It features a stack of spool blocks on the left that appear to be tumbling down. To the right are words relating to quilting: Cut; Stitch; Baste; Quilt; Bind; & Repeat.

The blocks are foundation paper pieced. You can choose to make up the six different sampler blocks if you like, where the centre of each block is a different pattern. But there are also patterns where the centres are plain so you can fussy cut your favourite fabrics instead. The latter option is a simpler option better for those just beginning with FPP.

There are also two options when it comes to the words. Quilt them in place. Or raw edge appliqué them. Totally up to you. Templates and instructions for both are included.
