Moon Lights

Moon Lights uses simple shapes to form floating lanterns and glowing orbs. The shapes and color palette of this simple design reminded me of the floating lanterns in Disney's "Tangled." Rapunzel was seeking adventure, but I found that making this quilt was the opposite – a moment of calm in the middle of a hectic season. I hope it can provide those moments for you as well.

This is an intermediate level pattern! Familiarity with curved piecing, using cutting templates, sewing bias edges, and general quilting techniques is recommended.
