The Crafty Nomad

Jo Westfoot is the owner and founder of The Crafty Nomad which specialises in pattern creation and patchwork & quilting teaching. She designs bold, modern patterns for quilts and quilted items.

In 2020 she moved all her teaching online and founded The Crafty Nomad Online Sewing School where she teaches classes on a wide range of patchwork and quilting topics including free motion quilting, runs a monthly learning membership and regular block of the month programs.

Her patterns have featured in Love Patchwork & Quilting, Quilt Now and Make Modern magazines.

Jo now lives in a quintessentially English village in Hampshire in the south of England, having spent many years living in various countries around the world.
